The Wanted, the newest boy band to hail from the U.K., played at the Gramercy Theatre in New York City to a sold-out crowd. Throngs of screaming fans waited outside the venue to get a glimpse of these pretty pop sensations. And it?s no wonder they have become so popular. Unlike your traditional boy band sound, these guys have melodies that pack a punch with hits like "Glad You Came? and ?All Time Low.? The band alternates vocals throughout their songs in traditional boy band style, but this isn?t your typical cheesy boy band sound, this is polished pop. The band members include Max George, Nathan Sykes, Siva Kaneswaran, Jay McGuiness and Tom Parker.

Lala Anthony was spotted at New York's Beauty & Essex last night. She was joined by a large party to enjoy dinner and the ambiance with the sounds of DJ Talib Kweli. The group included BET's 106 & Park host Rocsi, music executives from Atlantic Records and close friends. They dined on meatballs and lobster tacos and sipped vodka sodas. Later in the evening, Lala and Rosci jumped into the DJ booth to help assist DJ Talib Kweli in selecting songs for the night.

Last Thursday night, Sea?thos Foundation held an event in Venice Beach featuring surf photography in an effort to promote education and awareness of the human impact on the world?s oceans, especially to the younger generations. The Sea?thos Foundation was founded in 2010, and star supporter Julia Roberts has said of the effort, ?Here we have the ocean, it's like a treasured member of our family that we need to care for. It's now time that we all see what's happened and what we've all done together as a collective. If we can't undo it, let's at least stop doing it.? Brandi Glanville of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills came out to support and said, ?I came to support Sea?thos because our oceans are important. My boys love being at the beach and so do I. I feel like it?s important to bring awareness to clean oceans and being a California girl it?s close to my heart.?
