It seems to never end for Lindsay Lohan, and today she was back in court for a progress report related to her probation from the theft of a necklace. Lindsay has gone in front of Judge Stephanie Saunter before and she is known to be an extremely tough, no-nonsense, judge. In two months, Lindsay has completed just four days of her 60-day community service and the judge warned her of the consequences if she fails to complete it within a year.
LiLo's attorney Shawn Holley assured the judge that Lindsay understands these terms and is aware that she cannot use shooting a movie as an excuse to not complete the hours. Lindsay was ordered this morning to start psychological counseling immediately. When asked if she understood the requirements put in front of her, Lindsay simply said, "Yes your honor." Despite the attempt of Lindsay's attorney to convince the judge that Lindsay could not afford it, the judge wants to see Lindsay back in court on October 19 with proof of her psych counseling.
