Gone In A ?Flash?
Jonah Hill Gets Himself to the Valley!
Filed under: Jonah Hill, Celebrity Homes, Photo Galleries
Jonah Hill is joining the list of celebs fleeing to the suburbs in the San Fernando Valley. The "Moneyball" actor just plunked down $2.175 million for a cute Cape Cod style home in Tarzana.
The 4,650 square foot home has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths -- and includes a commercial-grade, glass front refrigerator, two master bathroom showers (one is steam) and a private terrace attached to the master suite.
And, since you can fry an egg on a Tarzana sidewalk during summers, the property has the obligatory swimming pool, and also a tennis court, citrus grove and even a bocce ball court.
Paramedics to Dr. Conrad Murray: Way to Not Call 911 Immediately!
A paramedic who rushed to save Michael Jackson's life on June 25, 2009, said that if Dr. Conrad Murray called 911 sooner, EMTs might have had a chance.
Richard Senneff said that on that day, Murray told him he called 911 the second he realized MJ was in distress - a claim others have disputed at length.
Yesterday, bodyguard Alberto Alvarez testified that the Michael Jackson 911 call - which he placed - came well after Murray discovered Jackson unresponsive.
According to the police, the delay was at least 20 minutes.
The case against Jackson's doctor is looking pretty strong at the moment.
Senneff said that if Dr. Murray called earlier, there was a good chance EMT's could have restarted Michael Jackson's heart. But alas, we'll never know now.
Charged with involuntary manslaughter, Murray's defense theory is going to have to be pretty compelling to overcome the state's evidence at this point.
Other key points of the paramedic's testimony Friday:
- The 911 call came in at 12:22 p.m. Seneff arrived four minutes later.
- When he walked into the room, he saw Murray, Jackson and Alvarez.
- Michael Jackson was wearing pajamas and seemed underweight.
- MJ was being moved to the floor by a "frantic" Dr. Conrad Murray.
- Seneff noticed an IV stand with an IV bag hanging on it. He asked Murray what MJ's underlying condition was three times before Murray answered.
- Murray responded that there was no underlying health condition. Given the IV stand in the room and other equipment, this made no sense.

Stacey Dash and Emmanuel Xuereb: Divorced!
Clueless actress Stacey is officially divorced from her husband Emmanuel Xuereb.
A judge finally granted her divorce from the loser she claims beat her up on multiple occasions. Stacey Dash filed for divorce in January 2010, the same day she filed for a restraining order against Emmanuel.
Stacey claimed that Xuereb had hit her in the face, head and body during their two-plus years of marriage, but she was afraid to report it to police.
In any case, the marriage - which was Dash's third - is officially over now.

Rob Kardashian -- I'm Going to Win "Dancing With the Stars!"
Filed under: Rob Kardashian, Cheryl Burke, Dancing with the Stars, The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian, Exclusive
Rob Kardashian is like one of Pavlov's dogs ... a little praise from "Dancing with the Stars" judge Carrie Ann Inaba has him thinking he's got a shot to win the whole competition.
After Rob danced the jive on Monday ... Carrie Ann said, "It's official. Rob Kardashian is a better dancer than Kim Kardashian!"
Now sources close to the show tell us Rob is hitting the gym daily, practicing harder than ever -- and sucking up to his partner/teacher Cheryl Burke by bringing her lunch each day.
Rob's new attitude is a 180 from a few weeks ago -- when he was a total slacker.
What a difference a jive makes.

Phil Jackson -- Totally Zen on Kobe Bryant and NBA Lockout
Filed under: Phil Jackson, Kobe Bryant, Ron Artest, Metta World Peace, TMZ Sports, NBA, Los Angeles Lakers, Exclusive
Phil Jackson has one word for concerned Laker fans ... chill -- because the former coach says there's no way Kobe Bryant will miss a single NBA game if he plays overseas.
Phil was flying out of LAX when he talked about the possibility of the Black Mamba hooping in Italy during the cursed lockout -- and in his classic, laid back style ... said, "He won't miss any games."
Phil also talked about Ron Artest Metta World Peace ... and solved America's economic crisis. Not really, but you get the feeling he could. Om ...

Levi Johnston: "President Palin is a Phrase that Scares Me!"
Levi Johnston, the father of Bristol Palin's son, Tripp, is fighting back against claims that he's a deadbeat dad in his new book, Deer in the Headlights: My Life in Sarah Palin's Crosshairs. He talked to In Touch about the onslaught of Palin books, the craziest offer he's gotten and the prospect of President Sarah Palin.
There's a whole bookshelf of Palin books out there. What's your take on the competition?
I did read Sarah's book, Going Rogue. I didn't read Bristol's book [Not Afraid of Life: My Journey So Far]. I just heard a lot of things out of it, as far as "I'm a gnat" and talking about how I stole her virginity. Her book is just flat out lying, it's unbelievably disgusting. For somebody to date someone for several years, have a child, almost get married twice, you don't come out and say your virginity was stolen. Let's be real, lady! Mine and Joe McGinniss' book [The Rogue: Searching for the Real Sarah Palin] are 100 percent different. He's written it from interviewing other people. You can go on the Internet and write a book and grab all the stuff you can about her, not knowing if it's true or not. Basically, that's what he's done. Mine is full of 100 percent truth, I lived there. I've known them for a long, long time now and I was there and everything in there's a fact.
Between posing for Playgirl and writing for Vanity Fair, you've done a lot of random things post-fame. What are the craziest offers you've gotten?
Half a million dollars to masturbate on camera and do a porno with the Sarah Palin look-alike who did Nailin' Palin. We didn't think about it, it was a hang-up phone call. I've got so much horrible stuff. When it comes, I'm just laughing about how stupid it is and that they actually think I'd consider it. It's crazy!
You recently got your pilot's license. What's next?
We shot a reality show. We actually got picked up by CMT then they actually got a new crew or president, then they decided they didn't want it anymore, so we recut it. It's good. We're shopping that. I've done a couple of other shows. I've done H8er with Mario [Lopez]. The hater hated me because apparently I'm a bad father. It's just so funny at how somebody who's never met me before -- she didn't even know Bristol's name ? she kept calling her Crystal ? she literally had no idea who I was and she hated me!
If there was Deer in the Headlights: The Movie, who should play you?
If we do a movie, it's going to me playing me! I've had enough of other people acting my life out for me!
What's your take on the prospect of Sarah Palin in the White House?
"President Palin" is a phrase that scares me there. She's apparently only 5 percent behind Obama right now and that's frightening me. I'm figuring I might have to move to Canada because she's gonna kick me out of the country if she wins!

As we previously reported, it was determined the powder in the letter was not a harmful substance.
A rep for the FBI -- which is investigating the matter -- had no comment.

Heidi and Spencer -- WE'RE NOT BROKE!!!
Filed under: Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt, The Hills, Exclusive, Heidi & Spencer
Spencer Pratt is telling friends he DOES NOT owe hundreds of thousands of dollars to his former agent, despite reports to the contrary ... because he's NEVER had an agent!!!
TMZ spoke with sources close to Pratt ... who tell us the couple worked with a lawyer when they were negotiating their deals for "The Hills" back in the day ... but they never involved an agency. We're told Spencer insists the lawyer was paid IN FULL.
We're told Spencer is now studying political science at USC ... and at the moment, he isn't actively pursuing work in Hollywood.
As for Heidi, one source told us she DOES have an agent -- whom she pays -- and she currently has "a couple of projects in the works."
