Dr. Conrad Murray: Guilty Of Involuntary Manslaughter
Dr. Conrad Murray has been found guilty of the involuntary manslaughter of pop legend Michael Jackson. Today at 1 p.m. (4 p.m. ET), the jury announced the guilty verdict, on a trial that has fascinated the public since its start on September 27. When the verdict was read, the crowd outside erupted into cheers. Murray was stone-faced and silent as he listened to the verdict being read. On November 3, the prosecution and the defense gave their closing arguments, and left the fate of Dr. Murray up to a jury of seven men and five women. Jackson died after suffering cardiac arrest in his home on June 25, 2009, at the age of 50, as a result of a lethal dose of the drug propofol, which Dr. Murray negligently administered to treat Jackson?s insomnia. Over 23 days, 49 witnesses gave testimony in the trial, many of whom were doctors and persons close to Murray. Upon this verdict, Murray may be stripped of his medical license and face four years in prison. The verdict will hopefully bring peace to Michael?s family, who was present at court every day, and his three children, Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket.

DC Cupcakes Star: A Wedding So Sweet
DC Cupcakes star Katherine Kallinis got a huge rush before her September 17 ?I do?s? with fianc� Ben Berman ? but it wasn?t the sugar. ?I fainted!? she tells In Touch, explaining her Vera Wang gown was way too tight and she overheated that day at the San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, Calif. ?I didn?t feel well and everything went black.? Katherine, 32, had decided not to diet, but she neglected to tell her tailors. ?They had taken in my dress as if they thought I would lose 20 pounds before my wedding,? she laughs, admitting that, at the time, she was really upset. Luckily, quick-thinking Katherine left the back of her dress unzipped and barely any of the couple?s 200 guests noticed.
While the scene will be aired on the upcoming TLC special DC Cupcakes: My Sweet Wedding (Friday, November 11, 10 p.m. ET), not everything was caught on camera. ?There was a great moment when a photographer wanted us to see each other for the first time before the ceremony started,? reveals Katherine. ?She had Ben close his eyes and when he saw me, he was very emotional and teared up.? At the reception later that night, Katherine had her own moment: She burst out crying when the song ?Over the Rainbow? played. ?When I heard the line, ?Dreams really do come true,? it hit me that all my dreams really did come true,? Katherine says. ?I wouldn?t have changed a thing.?

Designers like Custo Barcelona, Beach Bunny Swimwear, Chrissy Teigen for diNeila Brazil and Kate Middleton?s go-to line, Issa London, wowed international socialites and fashion insiders at Aruba?s Renaissance Hotel. Even Paris and Nicky Hilton?s mother, Kathy, chose the island to debut her new dress line. ?I love it here and it was a really fun opportunity,? she explains.
Like her daughters, Kathy has a fetish for fashion and drew inspiration from red carpet royalty. ?I thought of Angelina Jolie when I designed this gorgeous light pink gown,? says Kathy. Kate Major: Possibly Pregnant By Michael Lohan
Kate Major has now strongly implied, in her sit-down with Dr. Drew, that Michael Lohan sexually assaulted her and that she may be pregnant with his kid.
While no one deserves to be subjected to the things he did to her, you have to wonder.
What are the motives of someone to turns around and instantly milks this for publicity?
Asked what her worst experience with MiLo was, she replied:
"I guess I have to be really honest here. He had been doing cocaine all night and he was kind of coming off of a binge. I woke up. I wasn’t involved in that."
"We were in the Hamptons ... I went through his phone and I saw that he was talking to a woman ... he was saying some very nasty things about me."
"I woke him and said what is this? He took a remote, threw it at my head, handcuffed me to a bed and forcefully had sex with me. I never reported that."
That's messed up if true. And it gets worse still ...
Meanwhile, "he took my birth control pills away," Kate Major said, at which point Dr. Drew interjected, "Kate, KATE, are you saying you might be pregnant?"
"I'm not saying anything," she said cryptically. "I don't want to discuss that topic?" Well, naturally. Better to leave keep guessing and talking about you.
Michael Lohan is cooling his ass in solitary confinement after back-to-back arrests last month for harassing and allegedly abusing Major, his on/off GF.

Conrad Murray Trial Prosecution -- What's Wrong with This Picture?

The man of the hour -- Prosecutor David Walgren -- who won the Conrad Murray case, might as well have been sent to Siberia by his boss, L.A. County District Attorney Steve Cooley, because he was completely out of the shot as Cooley took credit for the victory.
It's pretty stunning, given that the winning prosecutor typically addresses the media after a verdict, but even if the D.A. was exercising caution while the sentence is pending, Cooley didn't even allow Walgren to stand next to him.
Instead of Walgren, Cooley was flanked by his number 2, Jackie Lacey, and D.A. honcho Pat Dixon. Choosing Lacey is an audacious move on Cooley's part, since he personally chose her to run as his successor in the 2012 election.
A D.A. spokesperson said Lacey was standing next to Cooley because, "It's like Captain Kirk and Mr. Spock."
